Monthly Couples Sangha Intimacy and Awakening This is a small community of couples committed to deepening connection with their partner, and to waking up through relationship (and to having fun in the process). This group will support partners in sharing the joyous and profound possibilities of love in daily life. Relationships thrive when regular time is set aside to share and develop the arts of intimacy and awakening in a supportive circle of other couples on the path. In this series partners will learn practices for: transforming relationship into a path of awakening, embodiment of love, conscious communication, and awakening and attuning subtle energies. When couples (no matter what age) apply these practices, their bodies wake up in delight, they transform power struggles into co-creativity, and love comes alive. Sessions may include: Silent or guided meditation Couples' meditation Qigong Movement or touch exercises Group discussion Poetry and play Topics we explored in Spring were appreciation and love, ease and struggle, sensitivity and attunement, opening to contraction and sharing joy and wonder. You are welcome to attend your first session without committing to future dates. You do not need to attend all sessions to participate. Logistics Location: Marin County. Please note that your space is not confirmed until we receive payment. Group size is limited. If the class is full when you send in your payment, you will be placed on a waiting list. If we have cancellations, those on the waiting list will be offered spots in the order we receive payment. Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, payments are non-refundable unless your space is filled by another couple.
