Sacred Sexuality for Couples The Body of Bliss Saturday, March 12th and Saturday, April 23rd Saturday, May 14th and Sunday, May 15th A circle of couples will explore with us an exquisitely beautiful approach to profound intimacy, sexuality and sensuality. As partners learn the art of embodying love, they discover a sexuality that is based on conscious connection rather than performance. This freedom opens couples to vast possibilities of partnership. Lovers of any age can use these practices to bring sexuality and sensuality alive and to awaken together. Saturday, March 12th and Saturday, April 23rd We will build the foundations of trust, communication and connection which support sacred sexuality. In these two sessions, we will offer practices that help partners cultivate and share two specific aspects of love. These two sublime expressions of love deepen and enliven partners' union. Saturday, May 14th and Sunday, May 15th We will devote these two classes to sacred sexuality. We will teach breath, energy and presence practices and respectfully present specific sexual techniques. These simple, yet powerful practices allow partners to share passionate, joyful, loving that carries them beyond the small self to the boundless heart. We encourage couples to create a getaway weekend, even if they stay at home. Frequently Asked Questions Q: Will my partner and I be required to share intimate details in front of the group? A: No. Group sharing is rich and completely optional. Q: Will this be a large group? A: No. The group is limited to 12 to 13 couples who meet in our home. Q: Is there support and follow-up offered during and/or after the course? A: Yes. Individual and/or couples’ sessions are available with Debra and/or Geo. If there is enough interest, Debra will offer a mid-month “work-group” to integrate and deepen healing and understanding. Q: Can we still come if we miss one of the four days? A: Yes. It is possible that a couple can miss either the March 12th session or the April 23rd session. Registration preference will be given to couples that can attend all four sessions. If you wish to come but know you must miss one of the first two sessions, tell us and we will notify you by March 1st if there is room for you in the course/tell us and we will notify by March 1st if there is room to honor your request to attend. About Debra and George Debra Chamberlin-Taylor and George Taylor, MFTs have been married for 30 years. They have been co-leading couples' workshops for 20 years and have a special expertise in conscious relationship and sexuality. Debra has 32 years of experience as a retreat and group facilitator. She teaches meditation nationally and at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She also teaches Qigong, nature and women's retreats. Her passion is helping women and men embody love and awareness in relationship and daily life. George is a licensed psychotherapist with a practice in Marin County. He recently opened an office in San Francisco. He teaches couples how to solve communication problems and to share more intimacy. He uses a body-oriented methodology to help clients make important choices about relationships, health and careers. He has a specialty in recovery issues, and has one opening in a long-term men’s group.
